Question: Why am i putting on weight but i am on a diet!?
i have put on 5 pounds in one week11 I have been strcited i did not eat any fat /salt/junk food but only fruits vegetables or low calories food, i have not eaten more than 1000 caloriesWww@Answer-Health@Com

Low calorie foods !?!? Does that mean that you are eating foods and consuming liquids containing aspartame!?!?!? Aspartame is an insidious sweet chemically enhanced "no calorie" sugar that will cause all sorts of devastating side affects if consumed in enough quantities!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. you'll find it in a lot of "Diet" labelled foods and soft drinks and sodas!.
Seems ludicrous to me that something that is marketed to help you lose weight will in actual fact help you to gain weight !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. what aspartame does is block the satiety receptors in your brain (you know that feeling of satiety ie ~ having had enough to eat or drink!?!?) thus making you unaware of the fact that you're not hungry anymore and you will most times simply keep eating !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. ***brrrr shudders*** !.!.!.!.!.!. avoid that nasty stuff like the plague i reckon !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. drink water instead with a splash of lemon or lime juice !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. the natural vitamin C and citric acid in both will do wonders for your blood pressure levels, act as a natural laxative and digestive aid and also bolster your immune system!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. ditch the prepackaged foods whether they are labelled "diet" or not and try to stick to a fresh whole foods in as close to their natural state as possible!.!.!.!.!.!.!. for example loads of fresh fruits and leafy and green and multicolored vegies some lean meats and fishes and wholegrain breads and cereals and a B complex supplement containing all the B's as well as the B complex is essential for a healthy neural, immune and digestive system!.!.!.!.!. ie ~ B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 and folic acid etc!.!.!.
