everyone goes on about not snacking when your dieting but im always starving how do you get through the hunger
Answers:
You shouldn't be hungry if you're eating right. I eat something small about every 2 hours, so I'm never hungry. My metabolism stays up, so I'm able to function and work out. Really look at your diet and figure out what you need to cut out or add. Eat a piece of fruit or some veggies, or a handful of nuts when you get hungry. But, because you're adding extra calories for snacks, you need to make your main meals smaller. I think if you do this, you'll definitely feel a difference, and you'll lose weight.
