If you really want to lose weight, you need to sweat out for 30 mins to 1 hour!. Have a glass of warm water and begin exercising!. After you complete the morning exercises, take sugarless lemon juice with a pinch of salt!. Then have protein rich food in reasonable quantity!. Ensure that you get balanced diet!.

You Should Eat Breakfast around 9:00 Then Start working out around 11:00 So The Foods In your stomach, Dont get clogged up!. For some reason, when you eat, 2 hours later, you loose more weight that your supposed too!
