Question: I need help/advice about getting muscular abs!?
I'm 19 years old, and my height is 5'8!. I have biceps, but I'm trying to get abs!. I work in retail part-time, so I stand and walk for hours at my job!. I've been trying to eat healthier, and I'm eating less fast-food!. I am tight on money and I'm really busy with work, so I don't have time and money to go to the gym!.
Can anyone give me ideas of exercises that I can do at home, to help me get muscular abs!? How long should it take!? I only have a couple extra pounds!.!.!.that's all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Getting abs is more about your diet than your exercise program!. Most people decent ab muscles because they are worked in almost every other exercise!. I would recommend tightening up your diet and throwing in some crunches and reverse crunches something along the lines of 3 set of 20 of each exercise!.
Diet:
1) Eat small frequent meals approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours apart for about 6 meals a day!. Men should eat at least 1800 calories a day and women at least 1200!. Can eat more calories if you are more active!.
2) Drink plenty of water!. Recommendation is 8-8oz glasses a day but a gallon is preferred!.
3) Track your progress and consumption!. By keeping track of everything you eat, drink, lift, or sweat you can easily make adjustments to your program if the results are not what you desire!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A few sets of crunches to failure a few times a week is all you need!. What people should concern themselves with is the layer of fat that hides the abs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
