Please remember, you need to be of proportionate weight to your height!.

Dont worry about putting on weight!.

It is never advisable to be over weight and obese!. They suffer from serious health complications!.

What are you trying to increase it for!? Sports!? If so, it depends on the sport!.!.!. for example, if you want to play football, you should balance a diet high in protien and carbs with 3-4 weight sessions per week!.

If you want to increase it just for the sake of increasing, eat high carbs meals, including rice, pasta, whole grains, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
