Well first off, congrats on the new changes to your daily diet!.!.!. because I know it isn't always easy to stick to it!.
And to help prevent you from feeling hungry in the middle of the night, you should try to eat a little more at your last meal (weather it be your dinner or a snack) to help keep you full throughout the night!.
Make sure that you are consuming a meal or snack that provides plenty of fiber to keep you full!. Fiber takes your digestive system longer to break down, so this is key for why it helps to keep you full between meals!.
Perhaps after having your dinner, and hour or 2 before bed, have a snack that is filling on a lower amount of calories!.
You could try having a bowl of oatmeal or cereal (at least 3 grams of fiber per serving) with milk/ soymilk and some fruit!.
Or even 1/2 a turkey (ham, or whatever you prefer) sandwich would be a great idea because protein also keeps the body full for a long time as well!.
Good luck and make sure that you keep hydrated well before, during and after your workout to prevent dehydration!. Also make sure that you eat within the first 30 mins of excercising because during this short time, your body is more readily able to absorb nutrients!.!. which will in turn lead to a speedier recovery!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat more frequently

1) Eat small frequent meals approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours apart for about 6 meals a day!. Men should eat at least 1800 calories a day and women at least 1200!. Can eat more calories if you are more active!.

2) Drink plenty of water!. Recommendation is 8-8oz glasses a day but a gallon is preferred!.

3) Do full body weight training 2-3x a week where you are shooting for 3 sets of 8-10 reps with a weight that is heavy for you!. Focus on compound movements!.

4) Get some form of cardio exercise 4-6 days a week for 30-60 minutes per session!.

5) Track your progress and consumption!. By keeping track of everything you eat, drink, lift, or sweat you can easily make adjustments to your program if the results are not what you desire!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are working out and dieting, you probably need to find a good balance between your exercise and your food intake!.

It sounds to me that you are waking up hungry at night because you are actually not eating enough!.

You need to look at what you are eating, and if not eating after 7pm means that you are skipping a meal, then you are doing the wrong thing!.

Most people who are dieting the wrong way tend to forget that you still need food to fuel your body, otherwise it will rebel!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, you can have a water based food!.
Like!.!.!. a really thin soup, or some watermelon!.
Super low in calories N it'll take your hunger away!.

Also, pickles have like!.!.!.5calories a spear!.
Lettus has maybe 20 by the bowl full!. You can still eat at night!. Just make it very little!. If you get hungry, you're body means, it needs to eat!. It's cravings you should avoid!.

Hunger, N cravings are two completely different things!.

Hunger = eat!.
Craving = avoidWww@Answer-Health@Com

I don't believe you should deny yourself like that to lose weight!. If you are hungry, you should eat!. By denying yourself, you risk binging when you finally can't take it anymore!. Why not have a piece of fruit or some raw veggies when you wake up!? That should satisfy you so you can go back to sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are on the right track, avoiding food after 7!. It helped me!. However, you must increase your metabolic rate! This is best done by increasing your muscle mass (best through resistance training) and increasing the number of meal times (not food quantity!)

I modified my food intake to at least 6 times a day very successfully!. Be sure to make good food choices, avoiding calorically dense foods!.

I have stayed fit and hunger free for 5 years this way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
