ok first it depends how much u weight!. if u are at a healthy weight, you shoulnnt be on a diet!.

Don't purge!. Exercise and a healty diet is the best way of losing weight!. What you're doing is dangerous and, if done continually, it can produce some pretty nasty effects!. Please, don't abuse your body like that!. I'm sure you don't deserve what you're doing to yourself!. D=Www@Answer-Health@Com
If it really seems unberable, try throwing up into some paper towels, sealing them in a plastic bag with some other garbage to hide it, and then slipping it into the large green garbage bags!.

by not doing it because your gunna rot your teeth and bulimics are usually normal-overweight anyway because puking doesnt get rid of all the calories!
