Question: Which Workout Plan: Go to the Gym More Often or Longer Workout!?
I'm a 39 year-old male that works out 2-3 times a week, but as I approach middle age, it is getting harder to maintain my weight and the pounds are slowly adding on!.
My current regemin includes 30 minutes of a different cardio exercise each workout: bike, stair-stepper, and eliptical; and, I do varied weight exercises: chest, arms, legs, abs, etc!.
What is the best workout plan to achieve the most weight loss now and maintain my ideal weight in the future!? Is it better to increase the length of my cardio exercise from 30 minutes to 60 minutes OR is it better for me to go to the gym more often: 4-5 days a week instead of 2-3!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

To lose weight: Thirty to forty minutes a day five to seven days a week!.
To maintain weight: Twenty to thirty minutes a day four to five days a week!.
