How to improve my diet?!


Question: How to improve my diet!?
Today i had a nutra grain bar at 12!.45pm, and then had chicken and chips for dinner ( i know thats not too good!)!.
Can someone tell me if thats under 1000 cals, even if its no good for me!? The chips were oven cooked at home, and so was the chicken!.
Also, what can i have for dinner on other days, that is LOW calories/fat!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depend on how much chicken and chips you ate!. If you ate a modest serving you probable ate less that 1000 calories!. For dinner eat grilled chicken or grilled fish with a side of whole grain bread and steamed veggies or fruit!. Grilled white meats are low fat and low cal!. with alot of protein!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A boneless skinless chicken breast, 2/3 of a cup of black beans and steamed asparagus is about 400 calories and has little fat!. If you eat this meal for lunch and dinner and have a nutria grain bar as a snack and for breakfast have 2/3 of a cup of oatmeal ( with water) one egg (plain) and a banana!. This is a health diet and it will cause you not only to lose weight, but also eliminate body fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you shouldnt be starving yourself to lose weight!. i suggest making sure you eat your 5 fruit and veg a day and just eat when u are hungry!. dont eat if ur just bored or anything!. i dont know how many calories you have eaten sorry, but keep an eye more on hydrogenated fats, as they are the ones that make u put on most weight!. keep to healthy stuff like salad and cook healthily i!.e!. no frying!.
