Workout Splits - what are yours like?!


Question: Workout Splits - what are yours like!?
Hey all,

I've been going to the gym steady for about 6 months doing weight training and cardio!.

I've been messing around with a few different weekly splits and decided to change over to this one yesterday to see what results it brings!. For those of you seeing results in the gym, is this a good split!?

Post your schedule/split too!

Week 1
M - chest, shoulders, tri's
T- Abs
W- Biceps, Back, Traps,
Th- Legs, Abs
F- Chest (weaker workout), Shoulders Tricep

Week 2-

M- Bicep, Back, Trap
T- Abs
W- Chest, Shoulders, Tricep
Th- Abs + Legs
F- Bicep, Back, Trap (weaker workout)

Week 3 - same as 1
Week 4- same as 2

Answers:
I follow this routine:

Monday - Chest, Triceps
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - Back and Biceps
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Legs and Shoulders
Saturday and Sunday - Rest

I'm happy with this workout, I've noticed change in muscle mass over the month, and knowing that rest is vital as tihs is the preiod when muscle grows (they tear in the workouts, and grow back stronger and thicker with the aid of protein from food, so eat lots of it)!. Yours is good but you may not see much muscle growing as you do not have much rest days for your muscles to actually grow!. So I would suggest you move your abs and legs workouts to the weekend or something!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
