Question: I hate my weight!!?
I hate exercising too!.!.!.!.!.!.love my food!.!.!.!.!.!.i have just got so big!.!.!.!.!.i am even getting stretch marks on my belly!!!

If i just starve myself!.!.!.!.!.whats the easiest way to stop feeling sick with hunger, without eating!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you cannot get around the need for exercise in weight loss!. fill up on fruit if you need to, if you love food so much don't make it a boring chore!. eating healthy doesn't mean eating tastelessly, search the web for some nice low calorie recipes!.

exercise is essential, it doesn't matter if you hate it, in fact once it becomes part of your routine you'll actually enjoy it, the endorphins make you feel good!.

drink lots of water and find something fun that counts as exercise, like just putting on the radio and dancing like no-one's watching for 20 minutes, gets you out of breath and burning calories and raises your spirits

starving yourself will not only make you depressed, but your body will go in safe mode and hold onto the fat as it doesn't know when its next fuel intake will be coming, so the weight loss will not continue!. plus, you'll become miserable and this may lead to you bingeing - back to square one,

fruit, veg, everything in moderation, lots of exercise, lots of water!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start small go for a short walk with a friend or a pet
add water and more fibre!.

I suggest that you take time to find a good guide on weight loss and dieting!.

Think of it like this!.!.!. if you follow the instructions on the blog weight loss and dieting should only take one attempt!.

Why go through frustrating struggles and risk injury when you can do it the right way!.
