Question: Why do you have so much water loss when starting a detox!?
I am 2 days into a light detox, cutting out red meat and dairy, im not drinking as much water as i probably should but staying hydrated and exercising as i usually do 3-4 times per week for an hour!.!.!.but have been to the loo every hour or so!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Because you are essentially starving yourself!. On any diet like this you lose huge amounts of water due to glycogen losses!.

Glycogen is the body's store of glucose!. For every molecule of glycogen, 2 molecules of water are stored with it!. When you use up the glycogen, as with a detox diet, you also lose the water!.
