Weight gaining?!

Weight gaining?

How am i doing today this is what i ate and going to eat, is this not enough or too much, just remember im trying to gain wieght.
Breakfast:
1 bowl of Cream of Wheat, 1 bowl of Quaker 100% Oatmeal, 1/4 cup of 2% reduce fat milk with added vitamin A & D, and 3 packs of Splenda.
Snack:
1 Pure Protein High Protein Bar Chewy Chocolate Chip, and 8oz of water mixed with 1 scoop of Body Fortress Whey protein mixture vanilla flavor.
Lunch:
2 96% reduce fat whole wheat tortillas, with chicken and potatoes from dinner, just boiled chicken and potatoes.and 8oz of milk
Snack:
Carrot sticks
Dinner:
Some kind of chicken dish, made with muchrooms, chicken breasts, and the sauce sour cream, chipolte and tomatoe sauce.and a protein shake.
Plus lift wieghts for 30 minutes while watching 8 simple rules
Did I eat ok? Any tips on how to gain 17 lbs. how long should i lift weights and how heavey should they be for a beginer Thanks.


Answers:

It sounds pretty good to me. I would say you can eat anything you want just in little portions. Don't eat to much of it mainly. You should do dailey exercises. It helps keep you in shape. That is what I do at least. This may sound weird, but I am only 11 years old!
