Question: Why do my feet hurt so bad when i run!?
they pain and after three miles they just hurt so bad, and i had a really deep blister one time after!.!.!.!.!.

More then likely it is your shoes or your socks!.!. Anytime you run a long distance or for a long period of time make sure you have good thick socks on!.!. At first it may feel weird but in the long run you will appreciate it!. And shoes wise find a shoe that fits your feet well!.!. Like me my feet are kind of flat because I played soccer forever so when I run Nike's are my favorite just because the feel the best!.!. and if you have high arches then I hear Reeboks(sp!?) or New Balances are good!.!. If you are serious about running, now is a good time to invest in a pair of running shoes, not the sneakers you are probably using!.
Get a pair of running shoes and running insoles (they shouldn't run you more than 100$)!. You will notice the difference immediately!.

could be shoes!. get shoes for your feet!.
