Organic without a doubt!. Vegetarianism is not healthy for people!. Although we typically eat more than needed, the body still need a regular source of animal protein (although not every day)!.

Organic food is excellent and I really try to eat that whenever possible, however the choices are somewhat limited, expensive and misleading these days so you really have to look into what you're buying!. I put a higher importance on Organic meats than I do produce, although both are better organic than mass produced!.

Never eat anything with High Fructose Cornsyrup!. Anything labeled "Light", "Diet", or "Fat Free"!. Stay away from artificial sweeteners!. Try to buy things that contain 5 ingredients or less, and don't buy it if you can't pronounce any of the ingredients!. If it contains more than 5 ingredients, it's your call to either make it yourself or buy it anyhow!.

If you want to lose weight, you organic and simplistic will help!. Stop eating processed foods (White bread, White Rice, High Fructose Corn Syrup, etc)!. Eat smaller meals more often and start exercising more!. Exercise includes both muscle building as well as cardio, not one or the other!. Drink tons of water (if you weight 120lbs, you should be drinking 60floz of water, if you weight 200lbs you should be drinking 100floz of water)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Vegetarian can be healthy, to some extent, but our bodies were not designed to eat only vegetables and fruits and no meat!. In fact, early man starting with Neanderthals over 30,000 years through primitive man when agriculture started about 1,200 years ago, ate mostly wild game and wild fish with little fruits and vegetables!. Those primitive people did not have cavities, plaque build up, had great jaw formations and great bodies with good resistance to diseases, like T!.B!., and NO degenerative diseases like modern man does today on the so called "modern diet!."

There are three books you should read to learn for yourself that will help you make your decision for yourself and not have to rely on others to tell you what they think:

Organic is good!. Vegetarians are lame!.

Eyes on front of face like most predators, can taste meat (umami), and I forgot the other ones!.

Eating less and exercising more help you lose weight!.

Certain teas/coffee increase metabolism as well as eating SUGAR when you wake up to spike ur insulin!. Eating more often aka 5 meals!. I drink REAL 100% juice when I wake up and take dextrose/maltodextrin !.8g x BW (kg) after working out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
