Can I lose weight by eating nothing and exercising a little?!

Can I lose weight by eating nothing and exercising a little?

I'm trying to lose weight this summer, and I hate exercising so much. I know this is bit of a problem, but I'm pretty good at not eating anything. So would it be okay if I just drank Diet Coke and like a piece of bread and only 30 minutes-1 hour of exercise?

sure you will lose weight, but as soon as you start eating anything, your body will absorb very ounce of fat, and you'll gain weight & probably weigh more than what you started with.

not healthy by any measure!

you'd lose weight faster & keep it off you if you ate five small meals a day (this keeps your metabolism moving), NO SODA, and exercise 30 min a day.
