Question: When you eat healthy, do you get thinner!?

Forget fad diets -- weight loss and gain is ALL about "calories in" vs!. "calories out"!. Eat less calories than you need, and you'll lose weight!. Eat more calories than you need, and you'll lose weight!.
The weight you lose or gain is primarily in the form of fat, so eating healthy is very important!. A lot of people think that all fat is bad, but that's not true -- your body actually needs a small amount of dietary fat!. So, always aim for a little fat in your diet -- nuts like almonds and walnuts are excellent sources of good fat and other nutrients, but eat them raw [i!.e!. unprocessed and unsalted] and in small quantities!. Absolutely AVOID saturated fat and trans fats completely!. And I'm sorry to tell you this, but you should cut all cheese out of your daily food intake -- well, you COULD try one the fat-free lines of cheddar, but they taste awful!.
If you want to build muscle, you need to so some work with weights or resistance!. It's actually a very good idea, because when you start to increase muscle mass, your body starts burning more calories even at rest!.
Finally, eat a lot of protein!. It's good for both weight loss and helping to develop muscles!. Turkey, chicken, hard-boiled egg whites [throw the yolk away!], tofu, low-fat yogurt -- these and many others are excellent sources of protein!.
Oh, and drink plenty of water every day!. Don't count coffee, tea, or diet sodas -- give yourself clean, clear water!. Excellent hydration is essential to both weight loss AND overall health, and you'll find it's easy to get "addicted" to just water!. I have a glass of Sierra Mist Free with lunch and dinner, but the rest of the day I drink only water -- 20 swallows every half-hour!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat healthy, eat less than you burn = loose weight (no exercise)
Eat healthy, eat less than you burn + exercise = loose weight rapidly + gain some muscle
Eat healthy, eat a normal amount + exercise = gain muscle!.
If you're going so far as to do some proper exercise, then you will probably (or should be) eating healthily anyway, but if you did continue to eat an unhealthy diet whilst exercising a lot you'd have fat AND muscle!. LOL How you eat is 80% of how thin you stay! YES eat healthier, make sure you consume a LOT of protien and fiber!. Fiber flushes out the bad and Protien helps you build muscle!.

you do but you will be able to lose weight faster and healthier if you combine healthy eating with exersize!. fad diets may work for a while but unless it is a lifestyle change you will gain most of the weight back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
when you eat healthy your fat cells can shrink and that causes you to get thinner but you won't gain muscle you have to exorcise to do that!Www@Answer-Health@Com
