Question: BUlimic people only plz!!!?
Have you guys ever binged a lot and purged like pretty much what seems like all of it up and still gained weight the next day!?
B!.c i just ate a ton of stuff!.!.like ice cream, pasta, cookie dough (easily purged things) and i got a lot up but im afraid i ll still gain like 5 pounds 2morrow!.!.!.so should i go walking on the treadmill!?
i can for like 7 hour is necessariy!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I honestly couldn't tell ya!.
I'm bulimic but I don't throw up my food!. I tried but I don't know how!. I use tons of WATER and some laxitives!. And I do it all the time!. like almost every day!. And I don't gain weight!. So not sure!.!.!.
I'm also very active and excercise a lot cause I want to burn the rest of the calories off!. So yeah!. thats probably why I don't seem to gain it!.!.

Don't feel bad either hunny!.!.!. im a guy!. Everybody suffers from eating dissorders these days!. I'm trying to find a way to recover but I just can't seem to be able to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

WHEN are you going to LEARN!?!?!?!?
You have binged so many times!.!.!.and posted about it, then the next day you go on about your diet and ask if you have eaten too much!.!.!. yet you still don't get it!!!!

You are actually making it much harder for yourself because

1) exercising more makes you hungrier which makes you BINGE ----and I speak from experience as it happened to me as well!!! Stick to 45 mins a day, and no more, or you will repeat this pattern for the rest of your life!

2) If you ate more in the daytime!.!.!.at mealtimes!.!.!.you wouldn't get that hungry, must grab carbs feeling!. Have brown rice, wholemeal pasta, wholewheat bread!.!.!.you need that or you will get this issue again and again!.

3) You still gain weight!.!.!.in fact, you end up gaining more if you try and purge as you mess up your water balance and end up retaining a load of fluid as well as gas!.!.!.!.I speak from experience here as well!.

Best solution!? Do your usual exercise tomorrow, and don't check your weight for a few days!. That is what I do!. It wont kill you if you are a few Ibs heavier for a few days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

a beautiful singer, Karen carpenter was anorexic and she died young!.!. heart failure and other organ failure!.!. once she got so sick she wanted to quit but it was to late - she couldn't replenish the deprivation of proteins!.!. whether she ate or not, she would have died because her body was pushed to its limits!.!. my father was good friends with her, i would have met her if she had turned her life around earlier - I wish she could have been given that second chance to live!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I doubt you can eat 5 lbs of food!. most people get filled up at around 1 lb!. Bulimia can seriously harm your health and whats the point of looking good if you cant walk because your heart is so starved of protein that walking is too much stress for it!. Get some help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just purge again and see if you can get it ALL out!. Don't stop until you start gagging because there isn't anything left in your stomach!. Walk for an hour, just burn like 100 calories!. You'll most likely lose or just stay the same!. I get the SAME problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
