Question: Fuckkkk up, hlp!. 10 pnts!!?
I won't ask this again, i just need some good answers!.
I binged today on like ice cream, cookie dough, cookies, nutella, and pasta 4 dinner!.!.and bread!. I have noo clue how many cals they had, but i purged the ice cream and pasta n some nutella, but i couldnt with the cookies b!.c my throat hurt so bad!. anyways i am going to WALK on the treadmill for a few hours!. Will i gain a TON of weight tomorrow!? and if so should i eat real light tomorrow and can i lose the weight soon!?
I am TRYING to stop binging and starting a new diet soon

Don't walk for hours!.
Walk for as long as you feel comfortable!.
If you push your body you will feel dizzy and want to faint!.
No you will not gain a ton of weight tomorrow!.
You shouldn't eat heavy one day and the next day decide to eat light!.
You should eat around the same HEALTHY amount everyday!.
And you should try to stop purging, I know it's hard but slowly stop!. Like you said, your throat hurts, and it will soon destory your stomach and ruin your digestive track!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Whoa, slow down!.!.!.!.you can't possibly gain a ton of weight in one day so relax!.!.!.!.stop binging!. If it is a problem for you, seek help!. Seriously!. Try to start a healthy diet!. Eat a good breakfast, balanced lunch and dinner!. A snack here and there is ok too!. Start a routine on the treadmill!. Walk a little everyday!. With exercise and a good diet you will be fine!. Dont worry about wieght focus on self control!. Dont walk on tread mill go jogging or running outside if you can get a two mile in under 15 min you'll be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your binging that means your depriving yourself when you shouldn't or your missing something in your diet!.
I use to crave tons of junk food like cakes and cookies but since i have replaced those with raw veg's and fruit the cravings have stopped!. Yea it's heard in the beginning to get use to a change like two weeks but it gets so much easier!.
About a week ago i binged on pizza because i had cut way back on carbs and the next day i had another slice and throwed it up!. I know it's wrong so why do i binge in the first place!? If i would have just had one slice then stopped then i wouldn't have made my self sick!.
It's okay to indulge once in a while! Don't start a new "diet" just start a new life style!. You'll still lose weight or stay at a steady weight by heating right in the first place!.
Don't kill yourself on the treadmill just let it slide and start new tomorrow!
I hope i have helped in some way!. I struggle with my weight and a on again off again eating disorder!.

since ive been on a diet for 2 months i dont eat any chips cookies icecream etc or bread and pasta and fast food!. reallyyyy hard for me but i did it!. and i jog on the treadmill 30 min a day at least 5x a week!.

you need to just cut all of that crap out of your diet!. start eating healthy and in a few weeks you wont really want to eat junk food!. eat fat free yogurt, fruit, veggies, lean meat and you wont feel guilty enough to puke it all up!. crystal light helps alottt too!.

you wont see results fast!. a little bit in the first 2 weeks, sure!. but it takes time and you gotta stick to your diet, cheating will only make it longer!. dont give up! all my jeans are getting really loose on me:]Www@Answer-Health@Com

What ***sbx said, but I'll add that your teeth will become seriously decayed, and you will be starving your body of essential nutrition (you don't only throw up the calories, but all of the nutrients come with it!)!.

You need to seek help for your bulemia!. It's a SERIOUS illness!. And similar to starving yourself, your body will go in retreat mode!. Your metabolism will slow WAAAY down, and anything you do it (even if it's healthy), your body will store every gram of fat you intake!. So, eventually either your body will rot and your organs will fail, or you'll actually gain weight because your body will be so desperate to store what it can!. There's no win here!.
