I want to have a toned belly?!


Question: I want to have a toned belly!?
I am 5'6 and weigh 130 pounds!.I want to wiegh 115 pounds!.I am not fat,but I have alot of acess fat on my stomach!.Any help!?I am going to start doing 50 crunches and set ups each night,should that help!?!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try running, walking & climb stairs to loose the fat!.
Lots of ab-crunches to tone the abs!.
whatever you do - never buy any slimming belt! They never work!. All slimming belts are a waste of moneyWww@Answer-Health@Com

it will help but you need to shed the fat off the stomach first!. the only way to do this is through cardio exercises!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pilates is great! Just getting one of those videos and working out a few times a week can help out a lot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
