There are many philosophies concerning this question!. I can answer by experience (trial and error) and personal study!.

EARLY MORNING TRAINING WILL GIVE YOU "THE MOST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK!"

The metabolic lift you get carries through the day and translates into more calories burned throughout the day!. I did it drinking a small glucose based juice (grape etc!.) with a small amount of protein powder mixed in, both before and after workouts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is better to exercise to before a meal rather than straight after and if you put it off to the evening then it is easier to get distracted and forget so get it out of the way in the afternoon!. However I think it is best done in the morning as then you will feel great for the rest of the day and it is out of the way to do other things you like!. =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best time to do cardio is first thing in the morning before you eat anything!. Because you have nothing in your stomach, you are burning pure fat when you run!.

Other than that, it is better to run before a meal and eat within 30 mins of finishing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get your exercising out of the way in the afternoon!. A lot of people have trouble falling asleep and sleeping well if they exercise too close to bed time!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
