Decaff tea and coffee still has caffeine?!

Question: Decaff tea and coffee still has caffeine!?
I drink decaff tea and coffee and was under the impress that decaffeinated meant that the caffeine had been removed!. I just heard a psychiatrist recommend to a woman that though she is drinking 10 glasses of decaffeinated tea per day and one cup of decaffeinated coffee per day, she still may be getting too much caffeine! Is there any place where I can find information on the caffeine content of decaff teas and coffees!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

On the side of the box for Celestial Seasonings teas they have a chart showing how much caffeine "decaffeinated" tea actually has!. Usually about a 5th less than a regular cup!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

most decaffeinated tea and coffee has some caffeine left in it, in fact I don't think there is a certain amount that has to be removed to qualify to label it decaffeinated, as long as they take some of it out they can label it that way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is only a very small amount of caffeine left in decaf coffee (usually around 5mg and around 10mg for tea)!. It's far less caffeine than even chocolate has!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
