How healthy have I eaten so far today?

Here's what I've eaten so far today. I'm supposed to be eating 1200 - 1550 calories but I will probably go over it...

BREAKFAST
Orange Juice, 4 fl oz 55 cals
Bagels, plain, 1 bagel (4" dia) 245 cals
Cream Cheese, 2 tbsp, whipped 70 cals

LUNCH
Celery, raw, 5 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) 32 cals
T.Marzetti's Light Dill Veggie-Dip, 2 tbsp 60 cals
Kraft 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 1 oz 90 cals
Bread, whole wheat (including toast), 2 slice 256 cals
Jams, preserves, jelly, 1 tbsp 56 cals
Peanut Butter, chunk style, 1 tbsp 94 cals
Milk, 2%, 8 fl oz 122 cals

TOTAL
1,079 calories

How am i doing and what can i do better???

It's not dinner time yet... this is just what I've had so far.


Answers:

Preservatives are unhealthy, so it peanut butter. You should probably eat dinner.Bagels arn't exactly health food of the year, and cheese is quite fattening. The orange juice is good if it's fresh, but not from concentrate. The calorie intake is ok, maybe even a little low, but calories arn't everything. Also, try eating some meat.
