How can I develop a 6-pack without plain sit-ups? PLEASEEE?!


Question: How can I develop a 6-pack without plain sit-ups!? PLEASEEE!?
I really want to develop a six pack, and I know that I have some stomach muscle, because when I flex, I can feel them!. I really would like to know some excercises or drills that I could do everyday to help me get a six pack in about 5 weeks-aka swimsuit season!. I would prefer no links, and easy 10 points to the best answer that I think will work:) PLEASEEEE HELP!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Here are a two ab exercises that work different muscles from the standard sit-up -- you need to work all your ab muscles to get a six-pack (but you should also be aware that many people don't have the genetics to get a six-pack no matter how hard they work at this and that's particularly true for many women)!.

1!. Lie on back with knees bent!. Raise up to do a stomach crunch (hands behind head), when you get to the top of the crunch, turn your torso to the right and hold, return to center, return to floor!. Repeat, turning in the other direction!. Then alternate for as many reps as you can!. SLOW AND STEADY will work your muscles harder than fast and jerky!. The faster you move, the more likely you're relying on momentum to move you up and down instead of making your muscles really work!

2!. Lie on your back, cross your ankles and then lift your legs into the air!. Raise your torso up like for a stomach crunch and hold in the "up" position and while you do that, lift your hips/butt off the floor, pointing your legs up at the air!. So, you're kind of crunching both ends of your abs -- the tops and the bottoms!. Repeat as many times as you can!

These are two good ones, but if you're really serious about this, you should take up Pilates! And for that, you have to be willing to look at some links and try some videos or classes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to work hard for a good body,
It's very, very hard to develop a six pack in 5 weeks,
depending on how much body fat percentage you have,
if you have a very low, like 9-13% and if you for about a mile every day, you will see the results you want,
but your diet has to be really good,
stay away from a lot of sugar, some is okay, good protein, low fats, and a good amount of complex carbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cardio, cardio, cardio!.!.!.!. exercising your abs will give you a six pack underneath the layer of fat on your stomach!. The only way to see your six pack is to get rid of the layer of fat covering it!. Eat an extremely healthy diet and don't cheat!.!. do cardio!.!. treadmill, elliptical, bike!.!. whatever you like and do it 6 times a week between 30-45 minutes a day or longer if you have time!. You haven't indicated what kind of shape you are in!.!.!. if you are already fit then bump it up a notch and really burn those calories that is the best way to get your six pack!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do as much distance jogging as you can work up to!. The first week will be disappointing!. The first month will see body barrier after barrier fall, but don't push too hard, it will come!. At two months, you will be breaking in new people to the amazing benefits of distance running!. At three months, you will have that legendary hard body which can last you the rest of your life! When i was in x-country i had such a nice tummy!! because of all the exercises coach made us do!. the ones that helped my tummy get like that were crunches and sit-ups which you dont want as an answer, lol, but also this thing that i forget waht he called it, what you do is lay on your back put your hands flat down under your butt, and pick up your legs about a foot and half off the floor and keep them knees locked, legs straight and kick them up and down (kinda like if you were swimmin) do that for about a minute, then switch and in the same position have your feet cross over each other, again keep your knees locked, legs straight, off the floor, (not to high or its cheating) and do that for another minute (if you can!) its really tough but it really does work!! good luck gettin that sexy tummy goin! i think i should try to get mine like that too!.!.!. i dunno if i have that self discipline still!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont buy any of those fake abs machines they dont work!.!.!.all u need to do is run or bike or something that burns calories fast!.!.!.try doing 200 sit up and flutter kicks and run every dayWww@Answer-Health@Com
