Question: It is May 22! I need to lose weight fast!!?
I have an end of the year pool party, and i am NOT in shape, how do i lose 15-20 lbs by June 13!? Help!
i don't want to exercise THAT much, so just simple tricks would work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok lose weight without ex!.

Drink a lot of water!. Specially to have your stomach be cleansed!. Eat daily small proportions!.!.do not miss a meal!. You should eat at least 4-5 times!. You can try going on a Vegtable/Fruit diets!. It worked for me!.!.but take note that if you do not exercise!.!.your body wont look as great!.
Drink or eat prunes-Help you clean your digestive system!.!.and also do not drink coffee at all to be awake substitute it for an apple!.!.an apple can wake you up!.

Sleep early, watch out for any 5% Juices!.!.
You can try the sauna!.!.but be alert that you must be in good health conditions!.!.!.and you can swim!.!.back and fort!.!.doesnt have to be such hard excersise!.

I think you can loose from today up to 10lbs!.!.but try it out for yourself!. Just take care!

2!. Exercise everyday - bodyweight training exercises, skipping, running, weight training - do something!. You will look better if toned!. In fact, you may not need to lose 15lbs if you tone up a little

without starving yourself or going on a liquid diet its not possible!.!.!. you need to excercise especially for a pool party because just losing the weight wont be enough to look good in a bikini, you need to be nice and toned!.

Best thing, eat really healthy, lots of vegetables and fruit and excercise daily, even if it is just 30 min every day!.

If you are serious about losing the weight and looking HOT for the pool party exercise and healthy diet is the only way to go!.

KKK!.!.!.!.well dont drink anything but water!. And the occasional milk for protein!. That means no sodas, starbucks nothing, If you dont want to exericse your gonna have to make up for it!. Also, strap on your iPod and start power walking around your house for like 30 minutres to an hour a day!.!. Just walk to your favorite songs, and since you dont want to exercise that much this may be as close as you can get!. Try not to eat that much bread, but instead focus on vegetables and fruits!. Think about it, how many fat vegeratians have you seen!? I've seen one!. Out of at least the 36 I know!. But you can still have meat, but not that much!. Hope this helps!. Oh, and sice you have a pool, swim laps!. But one easy way is to drink about 100 ounces of water, put a clean trashbag on, and go out and sit in a car that is off that has the windows rolled up!. ( make sure its like a billion degrees outside) you will sweat like a beast and drop wieght!. no, its not healthy, buty it works!. My friend Andrew did it so he could audition for an actiong job!. Stop eating altogether!.

Loosing weight without exercise wont work!. Eventually you will just gain the lost weight again!. You loose more weight and quicker if you exercise!. Exercise built muscles and muscles burn of energy/fat more efficiently!.

So if you are serious about losing weight, get of your bum and exercise at least 1 hr a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, if you don't really want to excersice, I recommend drinking nothing but water, staying away from breads and mayonaise, and go for a daily walk or light jog for at least 20 min!. Also don't eat in front of the t!.v!. because you'll most likely over eat!. However you may need to do more excersing to lose more weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat healthy! Drop soda from your diet completely (diet soda is ok), drink pleanty of water and if you need flavor, try Crystal Lite or other sugar free mixes!. Keep your calorie intake to about 1600-1800 if you can!. NO candy, no chips, keep snacking to fruit's and veggies!. Keep your carb intake on dinner to a minimum ( 60 grams) and try to stay away from pasta!. Dont eat till you're full, try eating 5 small meals through the day instead of 3 big ones!.

P!.S!. Do NOT starve yourself, you're body will go into panic mode basically and try to conserve / store fat incase it needs it!. Starvation does NOT work! :)

Try HIIT when you exercise ( High Intensity Interval Training)!. You only need to do it for 12 min 2-3 times a week!. No need to kill yourself for 30+ min doing cardio, long term cardio at a steady pace only makes your body go into a "sustained state" where it trys to conserve calories!.!.!.so it takes way longer!. It's impossible to loose 15 pounds in 21 days!. You'd need to lose 2600 calories per day in order to achieve that (3700 cal in a lb x 15lb divided by 21 days) If you eat about 1000 cal /day and jog 20-30 min (every day no exceptions!), you should be able to drop 8lb, 3 of which will be water weight!. That should be a size or two!. And people will notice!. But you have to be disciplined and stick to it, no cheating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't eat bread & then a liquid!. because if you notice when you put a bread in water for a while, it becomes fat so thats exactly what happens in your tummy!. Try to exercise everyday and not eat sweets!. also keep track of how much weight you loose!. it helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
