Question: How to gain healthy weight quick!?
i've asked this question before but didnt get much responce!.
im hoping for a few more posts this time!. please!?
i am skinny and want to gain weight!.
not by eating pure crud-food!.
what "stuff" (like, calories, saturted fat, or what!?) is the stuff that makes you gain weight "healthily"!?
and what foods is it in!?

Answers:
Eat a lot of healthy carbs (complex) - more than you need!. Then, put some healthy oil (olive, canola, etc!.) on your potato or brown rice - and there you go!. That should add some healthy weight!. :) Wish I could give you my extra fat!. :) Good luck! P!.S!. Build more muscle (do strength training), and that will increase the numbers on your scale, at least!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
wow thats a little tough/i was gonna say eat meat but hmmm!.!.!.!.!.!.you could always try!.!.!.!.!.!.whole milk,peanut-butter,avocados,mashed-potat!.!.!. and oatmeal!. those are all really good things that help you gain weight,(but not too much!) see, i'm the same way you are!. im in 8th grade and i weigh, 75 pounds!. i'm wayyyyy under weight!! hope that answer helped!=)Www@Answer-Health@Com
