Question: Do you look for the healthy option on the menu!?
Answers:
Yes I do!. Just lost 25lbs and I don't want to put it back on! If I've had a lean week and I've done a lot of exercise I might go all out and enjoy something fattening!.!.!.but otherwise I'm pretty careful!.

I do think you have to live and enjoy though - no lettuce leaves minus the dressing for me! I always order something I think I'll like!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most of the time yeah!. If I'm going somewhere like TGIs where most of the stuff is high calories, I will opt for a chicken breast and jacket potato!. I do struggle to find a healthy option when I eat chinese/indian - other than boiled rice, no naan bread etc!. If I can't find a healthier option, I don't lose any sleep over it - one night out on the binge won't do you any harm !!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it's lunch out or just a snack, then I probably will!. If it's dinner out in a good restaurant, then I will eat whatever I like, plus dessert and plenty of wine!. Dining out is for pleasure not to count the calories!. At least, not unless you do it three or four times per week!. I usually take great care with diet during the week and allow myself extras at the weekend, starting on Friday evening!. It works for me, no weight gain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depends, sometimes --- It stinks -- by that I mean -- it really is tasteLESS!.

But I do go for the LESS food menu which they are offering now! I like those choices!. You get the same stuff -- only LESS!Www@Answer-Health@Com
