Question: Good excersises to do!!!!! please answer!?
i want to be in a very but VERY good shape and very healthy when i grow up and i don't know what to do!.!.!. i go to the gym ALOT everyday excepts fridays, but on fridays i go outside to play!. i am 13 and please if you know give me some routines to do!. thank you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Running!. Running burns fat because it is cardio (which means it's good for the heart), it builds up muscles in the legs, and you can do it anywhere, no need to go to the gym!. It's the best exercise there is!. Jump roping is also a good alternative if your not a fan of running!.

I personally do two sets of 25 sit-ups (not crunches) every day, while keeping my legs elevated!. I stretch sooooooo much and do 20 lunges on each leg every day!. I also do what's called the "chair pose"!. It is a yoga/pilates move that really helps to tone the legs, look up proper ways to do it on google!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey Kid!.!.!.ur in a great shape it sounds like! American life style is very sedentary!.!.!. so its always great to hear pplz are actually moving around!.!.!.except i dunno if ur America!.!.!.im guessin u r! But anywayz!.!.!.!. just watch out for Junk / fast food n stuff!.!.!.
eat lots of vegis, fruits, dairy and keep up the exercising! have fun with it but make sure not to get addicted!
