Question: Do u think im fat or just built big!?
im 164 lbs 5'4'', bench 125 and incline 160 (only been working out 2 weeks) and used to do alot of pushups (150 every day) and now im wokring on situps 150 everyday, but dont LOOK that fat!? i mean i cant be skinny exactly but im more built like a football player!.is that bad!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
