Hey I'm in the same boat as you. I'm 120 pounds and 5' 7'' with 34 25 36. so there is not "spot reducing" workouts. You just have to do a full body workout. I'm trying to lose an inch of my hips so I've been doing jump roping (which actually helps) and lots of jumping jacks. You need to do things that workout out everything and eventually is will come off of your hips. Another thing that works good is get on all fours with yours knees at a 90 degree angle. Then take your right foot and kick it back until your leg is fully extended. Do 15 on each leg then do 3 reps. It help a lot too =D
