I'm 15, 75 lbs., with weight gaining issues...?!


Question: I'm 15, 75 lbs!., with weight gaining issues!.!.!.!?
I'm 15-years-old and I'm right about 75 lbs!., give or take a few pounds!. I'm Asian with a rather high metabolism (obviously) and as much as I try, I seriously can't gain any weight!. :[ BMI charts say I'm 5% underweight, which is a lot!. No, I'm not anorexic or bulemic or anything!.

I've looked around and heard different theories or methods to weight gain, although I'm not sure which ones work!?

1!. The top method is simply to eat more!. But is there a certain time of day, a certain number of times to eat or something!? Someone suggested eating only a large dinner and nothing else, because metabolism slows and seems to burst in evening before sleep or something of that sort!. Is eating/drinking anything specific before sleep going to help!?

2!. Weight lifting!.!.!. I can work with simple dumbbells and a few simple exercises, and I have no means to get buff or anything!. A buff, skinny girl isn't exactly what people want to see, either way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you don't have an eating disorder, you eat when you're hungry, stop eating when you're full and eat a balanced diet full of fresh fruit and veg, I wouldn't be too worried about being 'underweight'!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
