Leg Muscle buildup?!


Question: Leg Muscle buildup!?
I want to get my legs in shape (they're a little jiggly xD) but I don't want my legs to look "macho" like those body-builders!. Is there any way to get my legs in shape without having rippling muscle on them!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Omg, I know, its so easy to accidentally look like those body builders!. I mean, a few leg presses today, a little work on the hammies tomorrow and you could wake up with 30 inch thighs!!

Honestly, you're not going to end up like the bodybuilders unless you stick to a super strict diet, take steroids, perform double workouts 5 times a week, and push it to the extreme!. And even then it would take 4 or 5 years to qualify for state level competition!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is not possible to "target fat"!. In other words, you can't lose fat only on your stomach, only all over!.

A great exercise to tone your legs are bodyweight lunges!. Try these and then add some light weight when they get easy!. Try for 20 with each leg for a few sets!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do squats, skipping(gonna tone your *** too), lunges
and you're a girl your girly hormones simply wont allow you to build huge muscles so dont worry bout that ;oWww@Answer-Health@Com

yes :) if u play some sports for example basketball/football or volleyball-sports with lot of running ur legs will became tight but not as muscled as the body builders one:)Www@Answer-Health@Com
