I'm I doing too much exercise, I'm tired all the time...?!


Question:

I'm I doing too much exercise, I'm tired all the time...?

I exercise nearly 20 hours a week and that's just by walking and cycling. Now I'm feeling so exhasted, i get out of breath easily, not getting enough sleep and my feet are hurting. I try to rest as much as possible, but I got work, college, seeing family and friends, shopping etc so I still have to walk and cycle everywhere. I'm losing weight fast. I was just wondering if this is actually a good way to exercise or i really need too cut down in some way. I am not as fit as people think!


Answers:

Solving your problem could be as simple as drinking more water, eating more fruits and vegetables, taking a multivitamin, or just taking at least one day off from exercise a week. Your body does need adequate rest and nutrients. Other than adding the things I've just listed, you should probably play it safe and see a doctor about it.
