Any suggestions of what to have for Lunch?

I already had oatmeal, apple, yogurt......and I'm going to gym tonight to do kickboxing. What should I eat for Lunch to keep metabolism


Answers:

tuna salad with chick peas....or tuna on a pita pocket or a wrap..or some grilled chicken on a salad..add some veggies and some beans of some kind...
