40 lbs in 3 months? I NEED to be skinny before 8th grade.?!


Question: 40 lbs in 3 months!? I NEED to be skinny before 8th grade!.!?
!.!.!.but is it possible!?
Here's my plan:
-eat less than 1500 cals a day
-do at least 2 hours of cardo a day
-do about 3 or 4 hours of yoga a day [in intervals, since i'll be home all day anyway]

i honestly DONT want to be muscular at all!. I dont want to have super thick legs and a bubble butt, like muscular girls do!.

btw, in my family, is really easy for us to lose weight (mom lose 40 lbs in two months, dad is super athletic), BUT it is easy to gain it back, too!.!.!.

1!. dont bank on the words 'fast','easy','simple' & 'quick'!.!.!.!.to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 4 pounds of fat per week

2!. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day!.!.!.get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring!.!.or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of
cardio available and stick to all that you like

3!. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea

4!. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well!.!.make sure you eat a good breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss-
fruits,oatmeal,milk,raw nuts,fish,beans,veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas!.

5!. do lots of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your cardio

6!. be smart when eating out or at events/functions(such as preparing your own meal & eating in advance)

7!. dont trust myths like "no food after 7pm"!.!.!.you have to stay nourished to lose fat,!.!.the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps
drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal!.!.!.

it is normal to want to lose weight but it is also important set goals that are attainable and realistic, if you don't, you will only be more an more dissapointed with yourself!. also you are only going into eighth grade, you're still growing!. it would be better to set a goal to eat a more balanced diet not just based on calories but eat a lot of fruits and veggies and proteins then work on the exercise later on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

At your age, you're still growing! I don't think I'd call you fat by any stretch of the imagination!.

I think your exercise regime is too strict (you wouldn't be able to stick to 6 hours of exercise a day, I think)!. I suggest you try and cut back on unhealthy foods, eat lots of salads, and get out and just get normal exercise-bike riding, playing sports, etc!.

I doubt your body will ever look like photo #2!.!.!.because only like !.02 percentage of the population could ever look like that!. If you're not a supermodel right now, you never will be!. However, by losing weight in a healthy fashion, you can slim down, get stronger, and feel more confident about yourself!.

I suggest you tell your parents that you're intending to lose weight, they'll be able to help you out, and make sure you're making healthy choices!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

okay first of all your picture shows me you have belly fat!.!.!. sorry I know thats not nice, but what is nice is that I have advice for that!.!.!.!.!. stop drinking soda period nooooo soda no cany thats what gives you that fat, anything with sugar or salt will make you have belly fat!. its called empty calories!. just drink water or crystal light you never want to drink your calories, and pretty much everything you drink has calories besides water!. secondly you have to do weight training, like crunches and lifting and stuff so that you dont have flabby skin, whenever you lose weight you have that unless you workout to create some elacticity to your skin!. seriously just dont eat anything unhealthy, and remember the more you excerise the hungrier you will be, so eat but eat healthy thats they only way, a woman should only eat about 1300 calories per day that includes drinks!. so seriously noooo soda even diet will put calories on you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

uh that is a LOT of exercise to start out!. you will come on strong at first, but it will just be too much!. plus, don't focus on calories or losing weight!. just focus on eating healthy and only eating when you're hungry!. also, don't completely abstain from junk food! sometimes it's good to indulge every once in a while!. exercise is so much fun once you stop obsessing about how many calories you're losing!. oh, and by the way, NO ONE looks like that except for celebrities!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you and your parents are what we in the "diet world" a chimera (I think)!. Basically it refers to people who can quickly and easily change their body appearance!. They lose weight and build muscle very quickly, but it also goes the other way!. They gain weight and lose muscle very quickly!.

IF that is the case, then there is a SLIGHT possibility you can lose 40 pounds in 3 months!. It is a VERY lofty goal, bordering on unhealthy!.!.!. but with a LOT of determination and dedication, you may get at least pretty close!. You might want to aim for 30 pounds in 3 months though!.!.!. and then lose the last 10 during the first month of school!.!.!. that should be good enough, don't you think!.

In any case!.!.!. your picture is fine for an 8th grader!.!.!. being healthy and active wont' hurt you, but you are not in a "danger zone" by any means, so it's not worth overdoing it and risking injury or making yourself miserable!.

Just stay above 1200 calories a day, and make sure you have recovery days where you do light workouts or no workouts - 2 a week!.

Also, building muscle would do you a lot of good, it helps you burn fat faster!. You don't have to get "buff", just do high reps, low weight, and you will get toned with strong LEAN muscle!.

As for whether or not 40 pounds will be enough!.!.!. it's hard to say!.!.!. I think it might be too much judging from the picture!.!.!. but it's hard to tell for sure from a pic of only your waistline!.

Oh, and 10-15 pounds a month is not unhealthy!.!.!. if you lose 3 pounds a week, that is 12-14 pounds a month!. 2-3 pounds a week is recommended by most fitness specialists and doctors!.

the reason its very easy too gain it back is because your family is losing it too fast, if u slow it down and try to like lose 40 pounds in a year or maybe like 6 months then ur most likely to not gain it back at all, but if ur trying to lose it in a short amount of time then ur gonna gain it back eventually
so if u dont want to be gaining weight during the year, i suggest u try to take it slow and loose it within 6 months or at least gradually, maybe 10 pounds a month wud be good or less
if u do this ull be fine for graduation and other events before thtWww@Answer-Health@Com
