Weightlifting question?!

Question:

Weightlifting question?

(please read all)

i've been toning up for quite a while now using pushups and small weights to start out with. I'm 15. I'm going tonight and buy new heavier weight sets for my building routine.

HOW long should it take to see a noticeable difference in the size of my muscles. A month? (school starts in a month)

Answers:

That depends on how hard you work at it. If it is hard for you to gain weight, then keep taking a daily multivitamin, take some whey protein, eat a well balanced diet with lots of protein and calories, and workout hard. If you are sore the next day, then you know you worked out hard enough! Don't work out again until you aren't sore, becuase while you are sore, your muscles are still rebuilding, and if you workout before they have completely rebuilt, they aren't getting as much time as they need to repair, and won't get as big as fast. So eat well, get plenty of sleep (important during summer!), and keep working hard, and I promise you, if you keep doing this stuff, you will definately see results within a month. :D Let me know how it goes!
