Question: I need to loose 20 lbs in 10 days!?
Ok, so I need to loose 20 lbs!. in 10 days!. I figure I can just eat lettuce all day and exercise everyday!. This is a bet I made with my friends and I really want to win!. If this sounds like a bad idea what other route can I take to loose the weight in 10 days!.!.

Don't lecture me on my health, I already know all that!.!. But I know people have done it before so help me find the best possible solution to beat my friend with exercise and food diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Breakfast: Bannana 95kcal
Lunch: Tuna with salad 150kcal

You are really acting stupid if you ask me (no pun intended)!. If your friends are actually for this horrendous act, they aren't your real friends bro!. There are better ways to lose weight!. If you like to gamble, bet on some playoff games or shoot dice!. If you're broke, then play for push-ups!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

umm about diet pills doesnt even work much because my sister just brought me a diet pills few das ago and i had taken them in the morning and lunch, dinner before i had to wait til 30 mins then eat but after i had did that my weight never do nothing for my weight!. at all also i heard that deit pills arent that safe to take !. i think better you just change youre foods habits and dont eat anymore greases and oils , fast foods and sodas any more!. you should eat litte by little with good healthy foods and drink alot of water and tea's everyday and try oat meals are good for youre health and body, also go out side exericse everyday after you get up from in the morning go out and do some running, joggings so that youre heart can be strong and healthy !. you should also try some walking but not slowly walk just littl speeding up so you can feel the heart beating !. you can also try do some push up and stand up!. you also can do some jump rope , swimming is good to keep in shape and loose some pounds off!.
