Yes! Yoga is so therapeutic to me!. I love doing it!. It is good for my mind and my emotions!. As far as style, I usually do a fairly vigorous form that leaves me sweating, but sometimes a more relaxing style is better if I am sore or tired!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I love yoga!. It has helped me so much, I am no longer stiff and sore or achey in odd places from day to day, and I feel energized and more balanced mentally, emotionally, and physically!.
All styles of yoga are beneficial, it really depends on what you are looking for!.
Try http://www!.yogatoday!.com and try some of their free classes!. they offer 7 one hour classes each week to choose from, and the instructors are professional and very good at helping you understand how to engage your muscles and keep your breath flowing with the asanas!. You will find several styles there!. Sarah tends to teach more of the Kundalini yoga, which focuses on the flexibility of the spine and on breath exercises (pranayam), while Adi teaches Vinyasa flow (more intense and more of a workout, as it focuses on a sequence of poses that flow one into the other)!. Neesha teaches in a manner that helps you focus on engaging the muscles, and becoming very aware of how you are working your muscles to help you come into perfect form (with practice of course!)!.
Give it a shot, I think you may find you like it!. The classes are offered for all levels!.

Yoga is hard for me!. I did enjoy it, but I could not do everything that the instructor did!. It is very beneficial!. My sister in law stuck with it, and she is now in very good shape physically!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeh i do yoga twice a week and i love it!
it makes you really flexible if you do it a lot but it takes a long time for you to get lots of good exercise and a toned body from itWww@Answer-Health@Com
