Getting rid of muffin top?!


Question: Getting rid of muffin top!?
how in the world do you get rid of a muffin top!? I've been doing cardio for months and still cant seem to slim down the outter sides of my stomach! and also the lower half of my stomach is not very flat!. I have been doing intense cycling classes for the past few weeks and have been working out at least 4-5 days a week for the past three months and i can feel hard muscle on my stomach but still have fat on top! How can i greatly reduce the fat on my stomach and sides and inner thighs!? i eat very heathy as well so i dont understand what im doing wrongWww@Answer-Health@Com

I had the same problem and almost let it discourage me!. Your doing everything right, one thing I found that worked was those big excercise balls!. I had a video that had 10 minute segments for the different parts of your body it did wonders for me!. It did some much that apparently my husband found me a little more attractive and I am now pregnant!. LOL!. That midsection is always the hardest to loose and it takes a while!. keep going honey you will get it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get bigger pants!? Try some situps and crunches!. Maybe get an exercise ball!. It is very hard to get rid of the fat on and around your belly!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think the top of the muffin is the best part!. The bottom can sometimes get burnt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
