How to stop food cravings?!


Question: How to stop food cravings!?
Sometimes I have really strong food cravings, mostly for junk food!. It doesn't matter if I'm around anyone or not, stress or not, they come on at any given time and they are powerful! How can I stop them and make them so I have more control over them or better yet, make them not come at all!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat a big breakfast, drink a lot of water, OR

lock all your food in a box and tell yourself you will be the biggest idiot on earth who couldn't resist eating some cheap, nasty junk full of MSG, salt, and/or FAKE sugar!.

Fake sugar is usually aspartame, a chemical derived from formaldehyde, a chemical used to preserve dead humans from rotting before they are buried!.

Salt also causes cells in your heart to multiply and grow abnormally making it harder for it to work leading to heart disease!. Salt can also cause dehydration by absorbing water leading to severe headaches!.

Or, unless you already (probably) are, you will get fat and die a young age!.

I prefer rice cakes and hours on World of Warcraft giving me something to do other than think about food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Mind over Matter!. Just imagine you ate it and the taste of it and how you feel afterwards!. Say to yourself ," I'm going to eat this and I am going to eat it and not remember tasting it and my belly's going to hurt after and I am going to regret eating this!." Just think of how good youll feel if you dont give in to your craving!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just remember!.!.!. Odds are that whatever craving you DON'T satisfy either spares your body of 28 grams of sugar, at least 200 calories, or enough cholesterol to give you a heart attack!! :DWww@Answer-Health@Com
