Good for you for doing what you are doing!. You've taken the first step and you will be a healthy person if you keep this up!. It takes a while to see the results!. After all, it took you 14 years to get where you are, it will take a little longer to get stronger, but do not give up!. Gradually and slowly increase the numer of repetitions you do, and make sure you get involved with activities at school that require you to run, walk, exercise in any way!. Good also that you are not eating junk food!. Try munching on carrot sticks, eat vegetables (believe me, it will pay off, not only making you healthy, but it will help keep your complexion clear, and make your overall healthy better!. Have a good breakfast to start your day off right - maybe cereal and a piece of fruit (maybe a banana, or an apple), if you want a snack sometimes try popcorn or something without lots of sugar; try to avoid McDonald's Burgers - they're loaded with fat! Learn to make smoothies (milk, fruit, maybe some protein powder and add lots of ice cubes)!. Put all this in a blender, whip it up and enjoy!. Tastes terrific, and will fill you up!. Oh, don't forget to maybe add a touch of some artificial sweetener to that whole mixture for a little more sweetness!. Drink lots of water - very important - avoid cokes and sweet carbonated drinks!. Actually, they have sodium in them and make you thirstier anyway!. Try drinking lemonade, or sugar free Kool Aid, or Crystal Light, great drinks, sugar free!. Avoid a lot of sugar!. Like ice cream!? Try finding some soy ice cream bars - healthier and less sugar and fat!. LIke ice tea!? Make some sun tea in a big glass jar, and sweeten it with honey or artificial sweetener rather than sugar!. Again, avoid sugar as much as possible!. If you have to eat 'meat' try chicken and fish and try to avoid beef, which is usually loaded with fat and procesed 'junk'!. (I'm prejudiced, of course, I'm a vegetarian, and very healthy too)!. Try eating yogurt - it's loaded with B vitamins and better than ice cream which is usually loaded with lots of sugar and milk!. Avoid those vending machines, which are usually loaded with junk food - all loaded with sugar and fat products!. Good luck!. You're definitely starting right!. Just continue to do what you're doing, only a little more of it as you go along!. You'll start seeing a difference, and feel very proud of yourself because you know you're taking good care of your health and your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Three whole weeks!? Wait three more, but increase the workout every few days: twenty pushups and pullups, then thirty, etc!.
If you're looking to gain strength, you'll need to start weight training, but I suggest that you learn a bit about Kinesiology first!. That's the science of the muscles and how they work!. Get a beginner weight set and learn the PROPER techniques for the different exercises!. You'll need to develop a weekly training schedule, and then work on it without fail!. But, if you hurt yourself accidentally, go lighter, not heavier, until you heal!. Work on lighter weights to begin, and increase the number of repititions to ten or twelve per set!. Do three sets of each on any given training day, and when those weights become easy, increase the weight slightly until the new weight becomes easy!. At age fourteen you should stay away from really heavy weights!. Your body and bone structure are still forming, and you could do some damage if you try too much too soon!. Best bet is to join a good health club where you can get some advice and training from the people there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to do more weight exersises if you want to get bigger!. i started to work out when i was your age, im almost 16 now!. what i did when i first started was upper body one workout and lower body the next!. do bench press, shoulder press, lat pulldown, multijointed exersises!. dont do too much weight though, a amount you can do 12-15 time and do 3 sets!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you're not working out hard enough, son!. Get a set of dumb-bells and some weights!. Start working out intensely!. Push yourself hard- very hard!. That's the only way to get stronger!.You don't actually need to go to a gym!. Dumb bells will do just fine!. Refer to this video!.
