I want to get big.?!


Question: I want to get big!.!?
I have been working out - taking my whey protein - fish oil and vitamins!. Eating protein bars after my workout and all of that - i want to get big and cut by the first week in July!. Anything else I could do!? How many times a week should i be working on upper body stuff and lower body stuff!? I do core stuff but i want to get rid of this belly belt - I eat healthy and do not eat many sweets and I do not drink alcohol!. I work out about 4-5 times a week with cardio in there as well!. Please help me!.!.!.!.!.!.what else can i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe run two days a week!. I was only lifting but when I started doing sprints I was able to do squats much easier then before and it is good for overall health!. You are trying for power I assume, so don't do any long distance!. Sprint for 100 to 300 ft depending on how much you can do and rest for thirty and repeat until you have lost all explosion!. You will be sore at first and it will throw off your leg lifting exercises but once you get used to it will not interfere!.

Day 1 - Legs, Abs, lower back routine 1
Day 2 - Upper body routine 1
Day 3 - Sprints
Day 4 - Legs, etc routine 2
Day 5 - Upper body routine 2
Day 6 - Sprints
Day 7 - Rest (if needed)
(repeat)


I think you are on the right track just make sure you are eating enough to build muscle!. Heres something that I didnt really know: I used to only have a protein shake after I worked out!. Truth was I was burning more calories working out than was in my protein shake!. So as a result I did not have enough calories to build muscle!. Make sure you eat plenty of quality calories throughout the day!.

The most protein your body can absorb in a single setting is 25 grams so make sure you are intaking quality protein (about 30 grams) every 2!.5 to 3!.5 hours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds like you're pretty much on the right track!. also sounds like your body type won't allow you to easily gain positive (not fat) mass!. i would just say eat more lean meats and you can throw in a few starches while you're trying to gain weight!. the protein shakes are good but you don't want to overload that stuff!. just remember to work lots of reps when lifting anything if you want to get cut!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
