How can I slim down my lovehandles and theighs?!


Question: How can I slim down my lovehandles and theighs!?
So i'm 5 foot 2 and about 106 lbs!. Overall, i'm happy with my body but the only thing that bugs me is that I have love handles and kinda chunky theighs!. I generally eat healthy, but i do indulge in a ice cold ginger ale and cookie!. :) !. I run with my dog almost daily!. Any work out tips that could help me would be GREATLY appriciated!. Running helps soooo much! and when you walk make sure to take really long, even strides so that you feel that back of your thighs pull!. Another thing you can do is, is run sideways as fast as you can across a room from wall to wall about 20 times each back and forth and do a few reputitions, do this every day!. For your love handles you can stand with your legs sholder with apart and bend to the side reaching as far as your can, then come back up and reach as far as you can to the other side!. You can also do lots of jumping jacks to help your legs tone up and squats!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
