Question: Tips On How To Loose Weight Fast!?Without ills and Such!?
Ok so i already play ddr quite a bit which requires alot of movement(its a dancing game)and i am goin to start eating alot more chicken and drinking alot of water, but wat are some other things i can do, others things i can eat!? any tips are appreciatedWww@Answer-Health@Com

Drink TONS of water!. That really helped me lose weight!. It not only keeps you full, and away from junk food!. but it is good for you and you can never get enough of it!. Also DDR is fun, and helps you be active, but you need to start jogging around your neighborhood or something!. Also try push-ups!. (or sit ups if you are unable to to push-ups!.) Just also make sure you are not eating after 7:00pm!. That is when you body shuts down, so eating after 7:00pm will just make it harder to burn the fat that you have consumed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat lots of steamed fish instead!.!.they have more calcium and iodine to burn fat off faster!

1!. dont bank on the words 'fast','easy','simple' & 'quick'!.!.!.!.to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 4 pounds of fat per week

2!. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day!.!.!.get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring!.!.or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of
cardio available and stick to all that you like

3!. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea

4!. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well!.!.make sure you eat a good breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss-
fruits,oatmeal,milk,raw nuts,fish,beans,veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas!.

5!. do lots of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your cardio

6!. be smart when eating out or at events/functions(such as preparing your own meal & eating in advance)

7!. dont trust myths like "no food after 7pm"!.!.!.you have to stay nourished to lose fat,!.!.the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps
drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal!.!.!.

eat well, don't diet, they don't work!. You have to change your whole eating habits for life, or the weight comes straight back!.
eat small meals more often during the day, drink plenty of water!. no alcohol, junk food or unnecessary sugar!. oh and eat more chillies, they increase your metabolism no carbs after 3pm and eat at least 2 hours before sleeping!.

Do not eat carbs 6 hours before bed time!. Make your biggest meal breakfast and every meal afterwards smaller and smaller!. So dinner should be tiny!. Eat every 3 hours and portion out your plate!. 1/2 veggies, 1/4 carbs, 1/4 protein!. Chicken, Fish, Lean Beef, and Nuts are good sources of protein!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you have the means the time and someone experienced to go with I highly recomend a four or five day backpacking trip!. you park at the begining and have another vehicle at the end!. once you start even if your out of shape you have no choice but to keep going!. make sure you know what your doing though!.!.!.find a guide or hiking buddy( hiking club etc) and bring plenty of moleskin!. On a 51 miler in Arizona I lost 8 pounds in one weekWww@Answer-Health@Com

umm excersize i do it everynight almost unless sick or something do pushups crunches ect!. umm ride bike or go running good excersize is the best and cereal is a good choice sometimes just dont go for all the really sugary cereal like lucky charms and crap!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
