Female slimming pills?!

Question:

Female slimming pills?

I'm a fairly active lady. I eat well, also. Additionally, I take birth control... I heard it makes you retain water...

I've seen a commercial for quick slim which targets different reasons why ladies keep weight on, like water retention. Is it any good?

Answers:

In terms of body composition, water weight for females is negligible compared to actual fat deposits. It is possible to lose water weight, but it is something that fluctuates and cannot be eliminated with pills.

People tend to complicate weight loss, but it's not too complicated from a physiological standpoint. If you want to lose weight/burn fat, you need to burn more calories than you consume. A combination of careful eating and exercise typically does the trick. Some people have difficulty reducing their caloric intake however, and as far as pills go, caloric restrictors seem to be the only sensible product. Caloric restrictors merely help curb your appetite so that you don't feel the need to eat so much. It makes it easier to burn fat and then keep it off. If you're looking into weight loss pills, the only one I've heard works is Akavar 20/50. Read more about it in the links below.

Good luck and continue to stay healthy!
