Well i have a balanced body n i dont like skin n curve less bod!. But i have worked on many fashion assignments with my causin who aspires to be a designer n i could see that these skinny models look good in slim trousers or flairy skirts n high necks!.
I better answer u rather than being critical coz its ur choice n ya size zero is in so!.!.!.
Eat 5 short meals consisting of fruits n vegs only for a month!. take tea empty stomach!. Do crunches(get the procedure on google) and do cycling!.
Dont starve coz that actually slows down the digestion precess and leads to slow burning of energy!.
Dont take non-veg , eggs, milk or potatoes!.
Avoid junk!.
Try yoga or join gym dats best!.
dance on 4 songs every day!.
That helped me when i had becomes flabby, although i havent tried to be size zero but i think u need to do this strictly n for long time n u;ll get the results in 2 weeks!.
Dont over work n increase the work out time after every 1 week!. dont cross over 1!.30 hours!. Begin with 30 minutes!.

Why would you want to look like her!? She looks like she came out of a concentration camp!. More than likely she is anorexic and uses drugs!. You can see her bones and that is not attractive!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
