What are the best exercises i can do to tone up my midriff?!


Question: What are the best exercises i can do to tone up my midriff!?
I am trying hard to lose weight!. since having my 2nd child, i have a huge tyre of fat directly under my bust, and want to know of any good exercises to tone up!. i know that sit ups are good, but i find these very difficult due to my sizeWww@Answer-Health@Com

i have had just one child and i have the same thing!!! i know it is very hard to tone up after babies!. but if your finding sit ups hard then try to lay flat on your back, then turn your hip so its facing the roof, and lay your back so your head is facing the same as ur hips and do crunches like that, it is a bit awkward but it may actually help doing them that way!. remember to do both sides!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best exercises is to walk every day!. Don't try to exercises so hard that you will hurt yourself walk do house work just keep moving!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

in order to lose fat, you need to do cardio!. try swimming or picking up a recreational sport!.
