Question: Its bad!. i want help now!.!?
-okay!. im 13!. i weigh 128 and am 5'6!.
i usually eat 700-800 calories a day!. i am trying to get down to 120!. BUT i know i need to eat more (hair is falling out) so!.!.!. i ate about 1250 calories today!. i am SO afraid i will gain weight! how many calories can i eat and lose!? i exersice about 1 hour a day!. i dont eat junk food eitherWww@Answer-Health@Com

The amount of calories you ate today is fine!. Though I would recommend about 100 more!. If you eat right, and you exercise you won't gain fat!.!.!. muscle, you may gain and that might add up to pounds on the scale!. But don't worry about it!. Before I started working out I weighed 88lbs (I'm 4'11" so I wasn't underweight, just didn't have much muscle), I now weight around 97lbs!. And, I look better!. Don't worry about the pounds!. Just work your butt off so that you can look in the mirror and feel good about yourself!. And really, you shouldn't have to worry about counting calories either!. As long as you are eating pleanty of fruits and veggies, seeds and protein, you should be great! Good luck!!

EDIT: Your hairloss probably has nothing to do with a lack of protein, but a lack of nutrition!. You need Calcium, Iron, & Omega 3's to have good hair!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

is your weight that important that you want to starve yourself!.!.!. In order to be healthy you NEED at least 2000 calories a day as for you gaining weight I dont think you will!. Now you are damaging your body and this can result in health problems on top of that exersicing while malnutashed is a big no no it hurts you more than it helps right now your body is eating away at your muscles to replace the calories you are not eating also your fat cellsWww@Answer-Health@Com

in a day you are able to consume 1200-1350 calories a day!.!.!.
the reason why you are losing hair is because!.!.!. your not eating enough protien (ie chicken, tofu!.!.!.etc)

Your allowed to eat a high in calorie diet (your only 13!.!.!. your body still needs to develop)!.!.!. but the important thing is that your excerising and burning the calarie off!.!.!. WHICH IS GOOD!.!.!. im asuming that your in a healthy weight!.!.!. but its that age were you worry!.!.!.

here are my tips:
1!. eat a healthy small meal ! portion control
2!. work out, challenge yourself
3!. its really not all about calories its what you eat and when you eat it!.
dont eat late night snacks and try to stay away from breads, sugars, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to get help before you ruin your body!. i don't want to give you a lecture but if you are deathly afraid of gaining weight that is a sign of a very unhealthy relationship with food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your actually at a perfect weight for you height!. Take in under 150 carbs a day and around 1500 to 1600 calories a day!. If you don't eat junk food I don't think you have much to worry about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
