Question: I know its wrong so help!?
-okay!. im 13!. i weigh 128 and am 5'6!.
i usually eat 700-800 calories a day!. i am trying to get down to 120!. BUT i know i need to eat more (hair is falling out) so!.!.!. i ate about 1250 calories today!. i am SO afraid i will gain weight! how many calories can i eat and lose!? i exersice about 1 hour a day!. i dont eat junk food eitherWww@Answer-Health@Com

700-800 calories is not good for you!. Did you know that eating less than your body requires can actually stall your weight loss efforts!. Even if you were laying in bed all day, you would need to eat 1400 calories a day to just maintain your body functions!.

You're 13 and still growing, so I wouldn't worry too much about 8 pounds!. Please make sure you're eating some healthy fats (found in salmon, tuna and nuts) - that will help with your hair!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

At your age, height, weight, and excersizing habits, you should take in just a little under 1900 calories a day!. I say you should indulge a little and eat some junk :) But i guess it depends on your metabolism!. And if your hair is falling out, and you would like to keep that skinny image, then shave your head bald now!. Unless you change your dietary habits and maintain a healthy caloric intake, your hair will continue to fall out!. I can't tell you how mad the whole skinny thing makes me, although, I am very skinny myself for my size!. I eat so much junk though!. But I do excersize!. Metabolism <3

Are you serious!? You want to eat only 120 calories a day!? After 2 days of doing that you won't be able to walk!.

The only safe way to lose weight is by eating fewer calories than you burn!. The average person burns 1600 calories per day with out doing any 'exercise' simply by living!. Since you exercise an hour a day, we can conservatively say you burn an additional 400 calories!. So, given time, you will lose weight as long as you don't eat more than that!.

Roughly 3500 calories = 1 pound gained or lost!. So, if you track all of your calories you eat/drink and burn for a week, you should be able to track if you're gaining or losing weight!. Also note that muscle weighs more than fat, so if you're building muscle by exercising, you won't lose weight as fast, but you will lose body fat!.

honey, you can eat 1200 cal everyday and not do anything and still not gain a single pound!. those calories are used to maintain body heat!.!.!. keep your hair on your heat!.!.!. etc!.

if you walk around to school and back!.!.!. slightly excersize you can eat 1500 cal and still loose weight!.

infact if you do sports, 2000 cal is fine without gaining or losing weight!.

eating 700-800 cal a day will distrube your metabolism!. and you'll have side of effects like looking like a old lady when your skin begins to droop and etc!. so go ahead and eat more food :) it'll do you goodWww@Answer-Health@Com

since you know your hair falling if i were you try eating on a 1500-1800 calorie diet and eat healthy too and exercise!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
