Does Anyone Have Advice.?!


Question: Does Anyone Have Advice!.!?
I think I'll getting a little chubby and I want to do something so this doesn't happen!.!.

This is my plan please let me know what you think:

1!. Cut down on eating so much meat and carby stuff!.
2!. Watch how much I am eating!.
3!. Exercise! I'm thinking 20 situps a day and 10 crunches until my abs start to get stronger!.
4!. Stop lying around and watching T!.v!.
5!. Eat veggies and lots of fruit!.
6!. Drink 8 glass's of water a day!.
7 Stop eating Chocolate and Candy so offten

If you have any other tips and tricks to get me skinnier, please let me know!.!. I'll exactly 5 feet and about 130 lb!. I want to be 110!.Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
1!. You need carbs and protein! (not meat- protein) just don't overdose!.!.!.
2!. Take everything in moderation, eat things that will fill you up and you won't have to eat a lot of to feel comfortable!.
3!. Situps and crunches stress your spine!.!.!. I suggest running (walking at first if you need to, then jogging, then running!.!.!. don't sprint, go for endurance! get an mp3 player or a CD player and create a playlist of upbeat music to keep you pumped and some softer music to warm up and cool down)
4!. Watching TV is fine as long as you are doing something or studying!. Don't lie in awkward positions that may damage your spine or neck!. Sometimes you need a break and that's a good way to relieve stress!. =)
5!. Take everything in moderation! Even exercising and eating! You want to snack on things that are not loaded with carbs (this includes sugars) and protein (you should be eating enough in your regular meals)!. Bananas are good if you don't overdo them!. Don't eat too much citrus or it'll wear away at your enamel!.
6!. You don't necessarily need this much water!.!.!. you get water from food and other drinks too!. Don't drink if you feel as if you're about to throw up from drinking so much water!.!.!. this is your body's way of telling you to stop! Do drink water instead of soda though, but soda isn't banned!
7!. Sugar-free candy/chocolate has a bunch of other non-healthy ingredients in it!. Stay away! Dark chocolate is somewhat healthy, this is a much better choice than candy or white/milk chocolate!. Even the sugar-free stuff if you don't eat too much!.

8!. DIET PILLS DON'T WORK!
9!. Text Diet1 (34381) with popular foods such as Olive Garden's Fettucini Alfredo!. It will give you nutritional information such as carbs, protien, fat, and calories!.
10!. Don't stress yourself into a frenzy over this =) It's not the end of the world!Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, i never stick to diets as i get sick of the food, this is what i am doing right now, whether you choose to follow it is your decision!.
1!. stop eating- no sustenance so your body has to use dtored fat as energy
2!. at least 100+ crunches every day, i have done 300 so far tonight, and will probably do another 200+
3!. drink alot of fluid!. diet soda or water preferably!.

that is what i am doing, and it has worked before, but i gained the weight back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
